Past AS Music Video research
I spent some time looking at different AS coursework on YouTube. Hurtwood House, was especially good and stood out and has given me some ideas.
First of all I looked at music videos and this music video especially stood out for me as it was quite simple with lighting costumes and location but also very effective with the camera shots and angles. I like the variety of close ups and mid shots as well as the fast and short shot changes.

This music video was also my favourite as it is fun and bright. The lighting is also very cleverly done with a dance sequence and fast changing shots between the girl on the chair to the dark disco room.
