Inspiration



After looking at music videos for a while I decided to go back and look at past students music video work. This was good as in both of these videos the are simply but incorporate dance and lip syncing. I also liked the different shot angles, the varied length of shots and in the second video the layered shots behind the girl. In my music video, I would like to incorporate dance and lip syncing as well as layering shots, as I think that is effective and shows skills.

Preliminary story board

Here is our preliminary task story board. The song we chose is Diamonds by Rihanna as it is a music video that we can replicate as well as it linking to our final music video genre. We are only taking 30 seconds of the music video as it doesn't have to be long and we chose clips that are doable for our actress.
